Many problems can be resolved over the phone or by remote access.  Landmark has invested in the latest remote management and access technology that enables us to provide secure on demand remote assistance.   Remote access saves time and money as engineers do not need to call on site.  Secure remote access is used to operate our clients’ computers remotely, as if we were there right beside you.  Our investment in the latest management tools and technologies enables us to resolve the majority of issues before they become a problem for you.

Our help desk operates from 08.00 - 18:00 Monday to Friday, we can tailor this to your needs and also provide extended 24x7 cover.

Need a new user, email or printer added etc?

Call our Help Desk, we’ll remote on and get it all setup for you – at no additional cost.  In fact, we will provide Network Administration for your systems to keep you aligned with best practice all within our fixed montly cost.
