Unlimited Onsite Support

When remote support doesn't allow for a successful resolution of an issue we dispatch your dedicated engineer to resolve the issue on site.  The urgency of the problem will dictate the response; we have a range of response times from 1 hour to next business day depending on your needs.

Virtual IT Manager

All our MangeIT clients are assigned a Virtual IT manager, one of our team who is responsible for the day to day delivery of our services and to ensure that you are 100% happy. 

The vIT Manager will also meet with you on a quarterly basis to review the service or recommendations that we may have.  The vIT is your advisor; they are there to look at the business impact of technology and to provide and receive feedback.
