Our standard help desk offers you support coverage from 9.00am to 5.30pm, with additional hours of coverage available if required.

Onsite Support
Our onsite technicians operate on a service level response time of four hours and are available to visit your site to resolve IT issues that cannot be resolved remotely.
The technicians are highly experienced in equipment installation & reconfiguration, application installation, data back-up & transfer and troubleshooting & repair.

Site Relocation Services
